the birthplace of the Reagan revolution. Let me tell ya, there’s a new revolution brewing. ..and just
like 1980, it’s going to be California that’s going to decide..going to lead
the way…I am thrilled to..so many lovers of liberty here..we are here today…all
across this country people are waking up ..and help is on the way..wages
stagnating year after year…cost of living keeps going up, but somehow paycheck
doesn’t…I wanna talk to the young people, and Hillary & Bernie watchout, take a look at how many young people are
here..as Margaret thatcher says, “the problem with socialism is you
eventually run out of other peoples money” …some people here are coming out of
school, student loans up to eyeballs,they’re scared, am I going to
get a job, …talk about making America great again…u can even print that on a
baseball cap
..but real question
..do you understand the principles and values that made America
great in the 1st place..the heart of our economy isn’t
Washington dc, the heart is small businesses all across usa…u want to see
the economy take off, then take the boot of fed govt off the backs of small
businesses..california u know this well, state govt thinks the solution for
prosperity is more taxes, more regulations…03:09 but let me tell you
relief is coming…if I am elected president[crowd yells “when”]
…if and when we are
going to repeal every word of Obamacare..we will pass common sense welfare
reform..personal affordable..we and we will pass a simple flat tax…with every
American can fill out taxes on a postcard..when we do that we should abolish
the IRS, .. we’re going to reign in the EPA..and feds who have descended like
locusts on farmers 04:42 ranchers and small businesses killing jobs all across
this country… we’re going to stop amnesty, secure the borders, end
sanctuary cities… let me tell u what’s going to happen. Millions milliions of
new high-paying jobs, back from china, manufacturing jobs, wages rising, young
people coming out of school with hopes and dreams and 2 and 3 and 4 job offers…

2nd critical
issue is freedom..just a few weeks ago the passing of justice scalia 05:57
underscore the stakes..not just one but 2 branches of govt that hang in the
balance…we are just one liberal justice away from a radical 5-justice majority
the likes of which this country has never seen… stripping away…making us
subject to the world court, united nations…& international law, and giving
up usa sovereignty..couple days ago hugh Hewitt asked each of us a
question..and trump turned to me, and said “ted I’ve known a lot more
politicans than u…” in that he’s clearly correct, trump has been supporting
liberal politicans for 40 years., I have no experience in that. 07:27 The
Donald went on ..and said, “Ted when it comes to the supreme court, religious
liberty, u gotta learn to compromise, to cut deals with the democrats…”, I will
not compromise your religious liberty, your 2nd amendment right
to keep and bear arms… ;
3rd critical issue in
this election..; what did Reagan do..he cut taxes, lifted regulations, 08:20 economy
took off…millions of new high paying jobs, that generated trillions of
revenue…used that revenue to rebuild military.., we will use revenue to rebuild
military so that it remains the mightiest fighting force 08:47… a president
willing to utter the words ‘radical islam’…and one of the saddest things last 7
years is this president..rules of engagement arms tied behind back, they cannot
fight, they cannot win, it is wrong, immoral, in January 2017, it will end.
…reluctant to use military force, slow to anger, we believe in peace, but if
and when military force is necessary, we should use overwhelming force, kill
the enemy, and then get the heck out..10:18,
lets talk a little
politics, we started out on the republican side with 17 candidates, amazing talented
diverse young incredible field of candidates, what a contrast with the
democrats…which consists of a wild-eyed socialist with ideas that are dangerous
for America and the world, and Bernie sanders [laughter] …11:06 , … Hillary
Clinton is trying really hard to get back to 1600 pennsylvania avenue, I
confess I got a slightly different govt housing in mind.. but over the course
of the past year, we’ve seen primaries.. gone from 17 candidates, now only 2
with credible path of winning the repub nominee.. won 69% in Utah, and all 40
delegates from Utah,, north Dakota.. we won 18 delegates, trump won one, .. 18
to 1 I will take that ratio any day of the week… Colorado this past week, total
of 8 elections, …they elected a total of 34 delegates…we won 34.
Donald has been
yelling & screaming..i’m sure some cursing, and some late night tweeting,
all the characteristics you want in a commander in chief, ..the latest thing he
seized upon, is when people vote against him, they are stealing the election,
odd notion, what is this democracy of which you speak,…u mean voters get to
vote..no no no.. the ny times told Donald he gets to be president, to be fair
the nominee, and then hand the election to hillary, 14:05, what we’re seeing
happening all across the country, 65 to 70% of republicans recognize
that nominating Donald trump will be a trainwreck …
Donald loses to
Hillary by double digits..these republicans are uniting behind us now …14:44
five of the pres candidates now supporting this campaign, rick perry,
Lindsay graham, jeb bush, scott walker, and when you add in mike lee and mark
Levin… 14:51…you have the entire spectrum of repub party coming together and
standing behind.. I am saying a sentence that hasn’t been said in 50 years,
California is going to decide the republican nomination. .. it is your
friends & family..
i’m here asking that u
not only stand with us but pick up phone call friends family neighbors…it
matters to me my kids.. power of this campaign is grass roots..since we
started, we now have 260,000 volunteers … 16:19 all across usa, 3 million
contributions, going to tedcruz.org, …calif standing together grass
roots..thats how we win.. I tell u, the polling shows over and over, unlike
Donald trump , with me as nominee we beat hillary Clinton, .. we beat Hillary
nationally , key swing states, and fox news poll showed us beating Hillary 47
to 44, …last 2 elections Obama won young people, fox news showed us beating
Hillary with young people by 14 points,…17:37 , democrats are losing young
people by double digits
... there aint no way
Hillary can win in November, going forward Hillary can use any email server
17:53 she likes because she will no longer be an employee of usa govt, .. if we
continue to unite, we are going to earn a majority of delegates, earn the repub
nomination, and continue to unite, win general election, beat Hillary Clinton,
and turn this country around.. 18:40.. im convinced the most long lasting
legacy of Obama will be a new generation of leaders from repub party who stand
and fight for liberty, for constitution..for Judeo-Christian values… !!!"
