photos 8/10/15 BERNIE SANDERS L.A EVENT

SO I attended the Bernie Sanders event at the L.A. Sports Arena (next to the coliseum) even though i don't support him ...albeit I came open-minded because I was hoping he might persuade me otherwise. i like his ideas re less income inequality albeit do not like the idea of socialism in general. I like his position on student loans and free education, albeit not sure how it's possible to provide free education to every single person. However, I strongly disagree with his position on abortion (he's for it, and apparently doesn't think adoption is a viable substitute for abortion). And he's not a champion of traditional values. Also he seemed to be trying to make a show that he loves minorities especially black people after the "black lives matter" protest in seattle disrupted him. He had two black persons on stage, the lady being the MC of the event. Is this an "add-on" to show he loves minorities or is it for real? The crowd itself was mostly white and generally milk-toast in demeanor...quiet...lots of people cutting in line , which angered the two guys behind me until they decided to do it themselves. And the fact that Sarah Silverman introduced Bernie speaks for itself. She's done "comedy" routines that make a mockery of Jesus Christ & laughs at the horror of abortion. Thus, I wasn't persuaded that Sanders is anything special, albeit i do appreciate the free show. There's two republiccans in town tonight (8/11) and you can't see them unless you have about $100 for jeb bush (which is sold out anyways) or $2700 for marco rubio. Republicans won't make many new friends or voters if they come to town with expectations of making money off of us. That's the one point that Bernie Sanders rang true about...he wants the average person to be able to run for office, not just those supported by the rich. Nonetheless, as true as he is on that point, he needs to come back a bit to the right on traditional values and the defense of unborn life before I can support him.And putting Sarah Silverman on stage is definitely proof that he doesn't care about winning conservatives or undecided moderates
 over to his side.

THE WRETCHED SARAH SILVERMAN mocks Jesus Christ in her stand-up comedy routines and also laughs about abortion.
