MISLEADING TITLE BY ANDREW GRIFFIN: "Donald Trump will ban the internet and 'penetrate' it to find Isis, lays out how in GOP debate"

The story is written more accurately but the title is misleading,making it sound like trump is a brash,wild-eyed,crazy man who will shut down the web around the world,as if he could. Not at all! He wants to shut it down in specific isis-infested areas. What's wrong with that?!
