The people (or parrots) who have loudly mocked SF streets for the last many years are also the people who DON'T actually visit San Francisco. Or if they do, they take the SKID ROW TOUR and find what they're looking for. Most streets are clean & DON'T need sweeping twice weekly, which also means more parking restrictions twice weekly.
