So they grow up in China but they have American citizenship or dual citizenship I suppose and then they turn 18 they're allowed to vote because they're an American citizen no matter whether they've lived here or not. And the CCP knows this and they actually plan to weaponize these children as future voters to sway the political barometer in the direction they want it to go.
