That's what's so strange : leaving office, Biden gave a lot of different people so-called pre-pardons ,( including his son hunter as well as other family members) even though they hadn't been charged with anything yet.
But theoretically they were supposedly a blanket pardon preventing the people he pre-pardoned such as Fauci from ever being charged. (Whether a pre-pardon is valid or not has not yet been tested in court)
Is it the first time a president "pardoned" somebody who hasn't been charged or even convicted of anything yet?
It's probably the first time a preemptive pardon has been issued in this manner -in which we don't even know what, if anything, the people he has preemptively pardoned have done wrong
And it certainly raised eyebrows & increases peoples' suspicion re Fauci. Why would Biden be pre-pardoning him if he's an innocent person ?!
